What if you CONQUER self-doubt?

When is the last time you honestly listened to the voice in your head? What was it telling you? Is your self-talk kind and empowering? Or critical and afraid?

The holiday season can easily trigger self-doubt.  For some, it's the result of being around family members who see in you all the limitations of your past.  Or perhaps it happens as you review your goals for the year and notice where you have fallen short of your intentions?

This week, we step into the possibility of powerfully and consistently overcoming self-doubt and negative self-talk:

What if we could quickly identify sabotaging internal dialogue, and easily shift into a new possibility of who we are and what we are capable of creating?

What if every time we shift from a self-deprecating thought to an affirmation of our power and worthiness, we literally shift the electro-chemical functioning of our brain in a way that builds a more productive (and accurate) sense of our own identity?

What if we create daily habits of strengthening and reinforcing healthy beliefs about who we are and what we are capable of accomplishing with this one precious lifetime?

A healthy, productive mindset begins with awareness, expands through directed focus, and grows through consistent reinforcement.

Our "What If UP" community is here to help you, day after day, to create and reinforce a strong, resilient inner dialogue.

Join me live on our Facebook Page at 10 am MT as we share ideas and techniques for creating the mindset that aligns with your highest potential.

The Truth is: You are amazing.  You are gifted.  You are worthy.  And your potential is absolutely unlimited.

Now, look in the mirror and give yourself a high five. Then repeat after me:

"I've got this..."

"I deserve this..."

"And nothing is impossible for me!"

Wowza. The Truth looks good on you!

Here's to closing out the year in all your dazzling glory!
